Guest Gatherings Are Private

Events held by guests during a stay require prior approval and are private — no public or ticketed events, and no unapproved gatherings. Events hosted by the villa, like the one above, are arranged separately.

Shoots across the villa, pool and rooftop deck, by arrangement.

Production-friendly property for commercials, content, and features.

Birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones in complete privacy.

Capacity & Logistics

Space for Your Gathering

Overnight Guests

Up to 24 guests can stay overnight across the villa's seven bedrooms.

Parking

On-site parking for up to 15 vehicles behind the villa's private gates. Use of the parking lot across the street can be arranged for larger gatherings, taking capacity to around 60 vehicles.

For weddings and larger events a parking attendant is required, on site for the duration of the event.

Outside Vendors

Outside vendors (catering, photography, entertainment) are welcome, and each must be licensed and insured. Please include your vendor list in your inquiry so we can approve it ahead of your stay.

All private gatherings require advance approval. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or approval.

No Public Events

Public or ticketed events are not permitted. All gatherings must be private and by invitation only.

Special Pricing

Event pricing differs from standard overnight rates and will be provided upon inquiry approval.

Compliance

Unauthorized events or violations of property rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of deposit.
