Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wellboundlv.com and your booking and stay at the Wellbound LV villa (the “Property”), which is operated by Wellbound LV(“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your reservation is an agreement between you and Wellbound LV. By using the site or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Bookings & the whole-villa model

The Property is booked as a single, private whole villa — the seven-bedroom villa is reserved together, not as individual rooms. A reservation is confirmed only after we accept it and payment is authorized. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where information is inaccurate, payment cannot be verified, or these Terms are not met.

Rates, fees & taxes

Rates are quoted at the time of booking and may include a cleaning fee and applicable taxes. The total shown at checkout is calculated and confirmed by us at the time of reservation; that server-confirmed total governs. Prices may change for future stays but will not change for a confirmed reservation.

Payments & authorization

Payments are processed securely by Authorize.Net. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the amounts associated with your reservation, including any charges for damage or additional fees described in these Terms. Where required, identity verification must be completed before a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation terms are selected by you at the time of booking. We offer a standard policy and, on some dates, a discounted non-refundable rate; the refund terms and the price of each option are shown together at checkout before payment. The policy you select governs your reservation, is recorded against it, and is shown on your reservation page afterwards.

Because the terms differ between options, no single refund schedule applies to every booking. The terms displayed and accepted at checkout are the terms of your reservation. Event bookings may be subject to different terms, disclosed at the time of booking.

Occupancy & guests

Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 24 guests. The guest who books is responsible for all members of their party and for ensuring they follow these Terms and any house rules. Additional visitors or events beyond the booked stay require our prior written approval.

Minimum age. The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the Property for the full reservation.

Length of stay. Reservations are limited to a maximum of 28 nights. The Property is offered for short stays only: a reservation does not create a tenancy or residency, and guests may not hold over beyond the agreed check-out.

Security hold

A refundable security hold is authorized against your payment method two days before check-in and released seven days after check-out. It is an authorization rather than a charge, is separate from the price of the stay, and the exact amount is shown with your total at checkout before you pay. You authorize charges for documented damage beyond normal wear and tear, as described under Damage & liability below.

Monitoring

The grounds are monitored by exterior security cameras and noise sensors. These protect the Property and help us keep the villa private between stays. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.

Check-in & check-out

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by request, subject to availability.

Guest responsibilities

• Treat the Property, its grounds, and amenities with care.
• No unlawful activity, and no smoking inside any building.
• Observe quiet hours and be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding area.
• Supervise children and follow safety guidance for the pool, spa, fireplace, and other amenities.
• Report any damage or issues promptly.

Damage & liability

You are responsible for any loss or damage to the Property caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear, and you authorize charges for such damage to your payment method. Use of the Property and its amenities is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellbound LV is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Events

Weddings, gatherings, and other events are by inquiry and prior arrangement only and may be subject to additional terms, fees, and requirements. Hosting an event without approval may result in cancellation and additional charges.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that reservation. Material changes are reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in California.
