Wellbound LV, doing business as Wellbound LV(“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates wellboundlv.com and offers direct booking of our private villa in Las Vegas, Nevada. Wellbound LV is the entity responsible for the personal information described below. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Booking & reservation details — your name, email, phone number, stay dates, guest count, and trip details you provide when you request a quote or reserve the villa.
- Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment provider (Authorize.Net). Your card number is tokenized in your browser and sent directly to the processor; we do not receive or store full card numbers on our servers.
- Identity verification — where required, identity checks are handled by Stripe Identity. The verification result is shared with us, but government-ID images are collected and held by Stripe, not by us.
- Inquiries — information you submit through our contact and event inquiry forms.
- Account information — if you create an account, we store your login credentials in secured form and your reservation history.
- Usage data — pages visited and general device information. Basic, cookieless measurement (Vercel Analytics) runs on every visit; more detailed analytics and any advertising measurement run only if you consent. See “Cookies, analytics & advertising” below.
- Referral attribution— if you arrive from one of our affiliate partners’ links, we store that partner’s code in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days so we can pay them if you book. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with the partner.
- On-property monitoring — the grounds are monitored by exterior security cameras and noise sensors. This protects the villa and helps us keep it private between stays. Footage and readings are retained only as long as needed for security and to resolve any issue arising from a stay, and are not used for marketing or shared with advertisers. This is also disclosed in the rental agreement you accept at checkout.

- To provide quotes, process bookings, and confirm and manage your reservation.
- To verify identity and reduce fraud where required for a booking.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To send booking-related communications such as confirmations and check-in instructions.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Service providers we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we have never done so. We share it with the providers below only as needed to run the villa and deliver a booking. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of guests.

Cookies, analytics & advertising
Strictly necessary cookies run on every visit and cannot be switched off: they keep you signed in, hold your place in the booking flow, credit the partner who referred you, protect against cross-site request forgery, and remember the cookie choice you make below.
Everything else is off until you turn it on. When you first visit we ask, and until you accept, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Specifically:
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4, to see which pages are read and where people leave the booking flow. We run Google Consent Mode v2, so before you consent Google receives only cookieless, aggregate signals.
- Advertising — the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, so we can show the villa to people who visited without booking and measure which ads led to a stay. This script is not loaded at all unless you grant Advertising consent.
You can change your mind at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer of every page. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie for 180 days.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what we collect and why, to request access to or deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
We do not sell personal information. However, using the Meta Pixel for retargeting counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. That is why it is off by default and why every page carries a Your Privacy Choices link in the footer — turning Advertising off there is a complete opt-out of that sharing.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out automatically: advertising cookies stay off, the Meta Pixel never loads, and the Advertising toggle is locked off — you do not need to click anything.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
Children’s privacy
Our site and bookings are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a booking adult.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
