Where You'll Stay

The villa has seven bedrooms and eight full bathrooms, sleeping up to 24 guests on about an acre of gated grounds. It is always reserved as one — the whole estate, exclusively yours.

01 · The Villa

One Private Villa

A fully gated wellness estate on roughly an acre in Las Vegas, built for one group at a time. Rest by the pool, run the sauna-and-cold-plunge circuit, cook dinner around the 60-inch hibachi, catch four games at once on the outdoor video wall, and take in the Strip from the private rooftop deck. Everything here is included in every stay.

Seven Bedrooms

Every bedroom has its own Roku TV, climate control and a real bed for every guest. Eight full bathrooms serve the villa — five bedrooms have one of their own, two share a Jack-and-Jill, and the last two serve the rest of the house, one of them opening off the steam room.

Stay 5+ nights and 5% comes off the nightly rate.

Booked here, there is no guest service fee. On Airbnb that fee is typically about 14% of the booking subtotal, added on top of the same nightly rate — roughly $494 on a stay this size. It is the one line you simply don’t pay by booking direct.

Good to Know

The person booking must be at least 25 years old.

Exterior security cameras and noise sensors protect the grounds. Stays up to 28 nights.

Pool & Spa Heating

Optional, for an added fee: $150 per night for the pool, $50 per night for the spa.

Includes a daily propane allowance; request it in advance so the water has time to reach temperature. Full heating terms.

Parking

On-site parking for up to 15 vehicles.

The lot across the street can be arranged for larger groups — about 60 vehicles in total.

The roughly one-acre property is fully gated.
